Me, Oksana Zhabiuk, Natasha Madsen and Olesya Uglova invite you to a 7 day journey to experience the deepest parts of your inner world, to heal and soothe your body and soul.
This retreat will help you to return to the origins of the nature, discover the immense female power in yourself. It is an opportunity for you to understand yourself deeper, connect with your body, learn how to unite in harmony with the loved ones and the rest of the world.
This time each of the participants will discover what she is capable of in the elements of wind, fire, water or earth. We will figure out how to stay consistent in all the spectrums of drama in the real world and stay connected to your own emotions and feelings.
THIS RETREAT IS FOR YOU IF:
You need a reboot from your daily routine;
You are confused or lost in your life and wish to return to your true self;
You don’t know how to manage your life or don’t understand your own emotions (for example: either you amplify your emotions or you suppress them and say to everyone that everything is okay even if it’s not);
You live in constant tension and control and you are desperate to exhale, relax, enjoy nature;
You cannot switch your roles or confused on how to do it (for example: you act as a boss at home in front of your kids, or you tend to treat your grown husband as a child);
You have an imbalance in energy (for example: you are a successful business partner at work, but cannot take a moment and enjoy your life. Maybe you are an exceptional mother and wife, but cannot find your passion or dream job);
You have issues in relationship with your own body (overweight, pain);

ACCOMMODATION
7 days / 6 nights in a spacious, comfortable house on the very shore of the Pacific Ocean
VEGAN ORGANIC FOOD
Well balanced and rich in vitamins and micro elements food. Three meals a day. All meals are prepared for you by a local chef who is experienced in vegan culinary.
UNIQUE PROGRAM
We have created a unique program that will include lots of meditations, breathing practices and exercises, dancing, hiking, swimming in waterfalls, massages. Each practice or activity is based on the elements of the nature (such as fire, water, earth and air). Each day of the retreat will be dedicated to one of the elements that every female holds within.
